Dale Singleton is a chemical engineer by training and during his 30 year career in the oil and gas business, he founded several successful oil and gas companies including: Star Natural Gas Company ($15M of natural gas assets), Tristar Gas Company ($40M of assets) and Endevco ($50M of assets). As with most entrepreneurs, Dale's day-to-day responsibilities in these endeavors included business development, executive recruiting and operational roles until the eventual sale of each.

Michael Johnson recently retired after a 28 year career with Conoco Inc. culminating with the CEO role of the Gas and Power Subsidiary. His leadership accomplishments there included a 400% increase in earnings through acquisitions and innovations such as remote monitoring. He holds advanced degrees from New Mexico State University, M.I.T. and Rice University. His other current board positions include Copano Energy, LLC, vice chairman of the Investment Committee of the NM State University Foundation Board and chairman of the Dean's Council in Excellence in Sciences at NM State University.

Michael Schafer currently manages the venture capital investment activities of New Mexico Community Capital, a venture capital fund focused on healthcare, energy, cleantech, water, food and green building opportunities in New Mexico. Over the past 25 years, he has been involved in the formation and management of five technology companies and of four private equity firms with over $430 million under management, including New Mexico Community Capital, Ventures UNC (founder), Tullis-Dickerson & Co., and The Woodlands Venture Partners (founder).

Randy Krall has over 25 years of experience successfully designing, implementing and managing Information Technology solutions for dozens of government and commercial users. More recently he founded and led three other startup organizations to independent financial success. His vision and leadership skills have been developed and tested in a variety of commercial, government, and non-profit settings including executive and P+L management roles at Compaq and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Ray Radosevich is a founding partner of Verge, a leading venture capital firm based in New Mexico. He holds four degrees in engineering and management and was a founder of several energy related programs commercializing technology from the national laboratories and universities in the state. His numerous board responsibilities include technology startups, banks and education institutions. Prior to his entrepreneurial efforts, Ray served as the Dean of the Robert O. Anderson Schools of Management at UNM.

Rick Lentz is a 20-year veteran of the gas midstream/pipeline market where he implemented enterprise SCADA computing systems. During his senior executive roles at TXU and ENSERCH Rick led those organizations through a variety of fundamental transformations including deregulation. While managing the pipeline business, he led a restructuring of the business relationship with producers which substantially improved their service levels.

Tom Stephenson's multifaceted experience assisting high tech startup companies with capitalization includes productive tours with the Austin Technology Incubator, Murphree Venture Partners and most recently Verge where he is the managing general partner. Through these associations, Tom has developed an extensive network of contacts in the oil and gas community and a strong sense of the key ingredients for rapid growth. His other board roles include Altela, NMITSA and the New Mexico Venture Capital Association.
